Keep the app active during working hours
Set correct opening and closing times
Update working hours when offline
Pricing
Prices on the app must match in-store prices exactly
You are responsible for updating prices
If you do not update and a customer orders at a lower price, you cover the difference
Quality
We check product quality regularly
We only partner with stores that deliver the best
Consistent low quality may lead to removal
Packaging and marketing
You provide basic packaging for your products
We may provide branded bags and baskets at our discretion
Follow Soal's social media platforms actively
Display SoQoni promotional materials in your store

Get Invited
A SoQoni Agent will visit your store to invite you. We do this to make sure our operational radius guarantees the speed we promise.
Sign the Contract
Download the Goods Seller Contract from our website. Sign it. Send it to info@soqoni.co.ke and CC applications.sokoni@gmail.com.
Get Trained
Our trainers will visit to help you upload prices and manage your store.
